Order & Shipping 

How do we ship?

We use USPS & DGM for domestic shipping within the United States. Our standard average shipping cost is $5.99. After you place your order, it usually takes about 5-8 business days to arrive. Please note that we currently charge $5.99 per pair for shipping in the continental US. . Please be aware that we only ship and deliver on business days, and orders are typically processed within 0-1 business days.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us atsupport@posee.com. If you notify us before your order has been shipped, we can cancel it for free. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and a shipping fee of $5.99 per item will be applied. If you're not satisfied, as long as the product is new and in its original packaging, you can return it for free within 30 days of receipt (excluding the shipping fee of $5.99 per pair).

Can I expedite my order? 

No, currently we only support one delivery method - the standard economic delivery which costs $5.99 and takes 3-7 days for delivery. Please note that orders placed after 00:00 Pacific Time on Fridays will all be processed on Sunday afternoon.

How can I track my order?

Once your items are shipped, we will send you an email. You can track the delivery status of your goods at any time through the information provided in this email.

Return & Refunds

When can I receive my refund?

Please be patient as our warehouse may take up to 2 weeks to receive and process your return. We will certainly send a refund notification email immediately after issuing the refund.

What is POSEE's return policy?

Returns are accepted after the order has been shipped. Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging can be returned within 45 business days for a full refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs. Items cannot be returned 30 days after receipt.

Product&Fit    

Does POSEE size match the standard?

The sizing varies across our different shoe styles, but all our slippers are of medium width and are mostly in full sizes. Please note that our current slipper sizes are in a range of 1 size. We find that the recommended size fits most of our customers, but if you have wider feet and are a half size, we suggest you choose a product one size larger.

Is POSEE waterproof?

Not entirely. Our sandals series is waterproof. The EVA material we use does not retain moisture due to wetting, keeping your feet comfortable and dry. However, other series of slippers are not waterproof.

Is POSEE slip-resistant?

Our shoe soles feature multi-directional tread patterns for slip resistance. The midsole also has slip-resistant tread patterns to prevent forward sliding, and a slip-resistant coating is applied for optimal effect.

Is POSEE suitable for flat feet?

If you have flat feet, we recommend you choose our slippers that come with arch support, as everyone's feet are different. We have slippers that increase heel support according to personal preferences, with heights ranging from 0.8cm to 3cm.
